This was the most beautiful day on the road to date. We left Chadron Nebraska early and hit the highway towards the Crazy Horse Monument in South Dakota. It was really interesting to see. We saw a lot of wild life today. There were deer, Prarie Dogs, Buffalo, Prong Horn Antelope, Ring Neck Pheasant, and even an owl at dusk as we rolled across North Dakota to Montana. It was a long day but a very rewarding one in regards to the beauty that we were able to observe. This part of the country has much to offer in the way of site-seeing. It is highly recommended.
